A real chart uses Swiss Ephemeris, true node positions and your exact latitude and longitude. Do not fix a date or a marriage on what this page draws.
Partly. The Moon's sign and your nakshatra are usually recoverable from the date alone, so guna milan and most predictive work can proceed. The lagna and the house positions cannot — they change every two hours. Pandit ji can attempt a birth-time rectification from three or four dated life events, and he will tell you honestly how confident he is.
Possibly, possibly not — different schools count it from different reference points and there are half a dozen accepted cancellations. What we will not do is confirm a dosha over the phone and then quote a price to remove it. Bring the chart, we will show you what we see, and if the dosha stands we will explain what tradition actually prescribes.
